Our active community of up to 90 single family homes is located within the beautiful Cripple Creek golf course over looking the Indian River Bay, in Dagsboro, Delaware.  As you explore our website, you'll learn about our interesting history,  enjoy some photos of our picturesque neighborhood and surrounding areas in Sussex County, and have ready access to community resources.  Our member homeowners have access to a private section of the website where they can maintain their personal contact information, connect with neighbors using our homeowner directory, learn about upcoming community events, and enjoy a gallery of photos from recent events. Our single family homeowners are represented by Fairway Villas Property Owners Association.  Our HOA dues are currently $250/year which covers our private roads, street lighting and other community expenses. There is no Cripple Creek Golf Club initiation fee for lot owners. Several levels of memberships are available at the Club.  You don't have to join the CCGCC to purchase property or homes in the community. Fifty-four townhomes, also located within the Cripple Creek golf course, are governed by a separate owners’ association.
