Our HOA hosts a number of community events throughout the year, including quarterly HOA meetings,  a popular Labor Day picnic, and a holiday party.  Our annual holiday party, held at the Cripple Creek Country Club, is always a lovely evening, and very well attended, with 85-90 guests every year. HOA Board member Lena Montuori and her elves do a great job of pulling it all together.  

 

In addition there are several privately hosted events that are open to everyone, including a Halloween Block Party, and a Winter Cookie Walk. The privately hosted Halloween Block Party occurs on Muirfield Circle.  It's open to all hobgoblins in the hood. Come in costume and enjoy October endorphins with your fun seeking neighbors. The Muirfield Circle of Friends (neighborly neighbors) support this event every year.  The Winter Cookie Walk was created by Diane Creager and Carolyn Pesce on Muirfield Circle. Its popularity continues to grow.  The event supports local charities by offering fresh homemade goods to neighbors for donations. No time to bake? This event is for you. Make a donation and take it home.  Additional bakers are welcome and needed. More signage and promotion are planned for 2023. We always need more buyers! Next date TBD.

We're only a few miles from the Atlantic Ocean and Bethany Beach. When did you last stroll the boardwalk? The Bethany Beach Boardwalk Arts Festival occurs after Labor Day and is great fun.

 

Living within walking distance of the award-winning Cripple Creek Golf & Country Club affords us many opportunities. There is a beautiful new clubhouse which hosts many social events throughout the year, large outdoor pool, pickle ball courts, a bocce court, and pro shop. Club membership is not required to own property in Cripple Creek, but most of our residents do become members of the Club, as it offers many levels of membership from Dining/Social up to full golf privileges.  Club facilities are open to members and their guests.
